At schools all around the country, Thai students took part in special ceremonies to mark the King’s Birthday which is on Monday. The pictures illustrated here were taken this morning at Sriwittayapaknam School. The celebrations were marked with traditional Thai dances and songs honouring the King. The fathers of some students also came to the school so that the students could prostrate at their feet. The King is regarded as ... |
